This turnkey system is designed for transforming raw PET materials or flakes into high-quality, uniform pellets ready for fiber spinning, bottle preform injection, or other applications.

Automatic Feeding System: Ensures consistent material supply. Extruder(s): Heats and melts plastic pellets. Dual extruders are used for double-wall pipes (one for the corrugated outer layer, one for the smooth inner layer). Molding Unit (Corrugator): The heart of the line. Contains precision molds that form the pipe's characteristic corrugated shape using air pressure or vacuum. Vacuum Cooling Tanks: Rapidly cool and solidify the molded pipe. Traction Unit: Pulls the pipe through the line at a controlled, steady speed. Programmable Log Saw (Cutter): Cuts the continuous pipe to pre-set lengths. Stacking/Bundling Equipment: Automatically collects and bundles the finished pipes.
